A new launch condo in Singapore is sold from a price list, but the decision is much larger than the headline price. Two units in the same development can have different layouts, exposures, total quantums and resale audiences. Those differences often matter more than a small difference in price per square foot.
This shortlist focuses on prime and city-centre projects. It is deliberately selective. Jack also has access to more than 50 active developments and can compare a CCR launch against relevant resale homes or alternatives elsewhere when that produces a more honest answer.

Check usable space, facing, heat, privacy, elevation and view protection.
Model the full cash commitment, stamp duties and progressive payment timeline.

Know the price or compromise that makes another project the better choice.
Compare the total purchase quantum, layout efficiency, tenure, developer land cost, nearby resale transactions, future supply and the likely buyer at exit. Price per square foot is useful, but it should not be the only filter.
No. You pay the same developer-direct price. The developer pays the agent's fee, so Jack can compare projects and units with you at no additional cost to the buyer.
Yes. Availability changes frequently, so request the project you are considering and Jack will verify the current price list, balance units and floor plans before your visit.
No. A CCR address describes a market segment and location, not automatically the quality of the development or the value of a particular unit. The project and unit still need to be assessed on their own merits.
Tell Jack your budget, preferred district, bedroom count and timeline. He will reply personally with a focused comparison and current project material.
